I can’t give any extra stars, which is a shame! We had a pipe break that leaked a good amount of of water into our basement and damaged a LOT of things. John is calm cool and collected and handled it like a pro. He put me and my wife at ease, most importantly. He and his crew took care of the initial issues and have been communicating regularly. The work was neat, clean and efficient. Highly Recommend.
We had an incredibly positive experience with Bright Side. When we got in touch with Ryan, he immediately put us at ease in a very challenging situation, and not only helped take care of an emergency situation, but be also helped us with the insurance company, finding a good contractor for repairs, and anything else we needed. Before starting the job Ryan brought in his foreman Des, to look over and survey the job. Des is a soft spoken man who is respectful. Des gave me his input and advice and answered some concerns I had.
All of Ryan’s and Des’s men were considerate, supportive and friendly. They secured everything in my basement. They moved my furniture including my pool table. They sealed and covered everything before the removal of the tile. They even brought me down to show me what they did before the removal of the tile. The restoration and removal of my tiles and clean up was done meticulously with precision and flawless execution. Ryan and his team exemplify commitment, consistency and attention to detail.
