A tremendous company to hire for a renovation job. Their workers are beyond neat and very attentive to detail. Their work is exemplary from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about them. Do not go anywhere else. Hire them for any job you have, if you want it done right. That should the name of their company. Done Right, Done Well Restoration. Their back office manager Sara, is top notch in helping us get through the craziness of water mitigation damage with our insurance company. And every other aspect of making sure the job goes correctly. Ryan went over and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. With me being disabled and in a wheelchair, his workers could not have been more kind in helping us out of a dangerous and very messy situation. I recommend them highly.

The Bright Side Restoration team are great from day one. Initially Ryan calmed us and handled contacting the insurance company of the house trap clog. Had taken photos of damaged items, estimated price, plus arranged for asbestos testing and abatement.Team bagged and removed all items from basement to pod in the driveway. Then neatly returned contents. They are fabulous!

Great group of guys, really go out of their way to explain everything to you as they go. They do good work and and provide a good clean up! Shout out to Ryan, Paul and Raul! They have been a pleasure to work with!
