We are extremely pleased with the service provided by BRIGHT SIDE Restoration, LLC.Ryan Chaplin and his crew Kyle, Diego, Julio, Rauol,Julian,Jose, were all fantastic and respectful workers. They carefully removed all the items from our flooded basement and placed the good items in the Pod in our driveway. They were VERY PROFESSIONAL and organized. Everyone was friendly, professional and easy to work with from start to finish.
Once the items were taken out of the basement they showed me the damaged items and put them in the back yard. They did a through job and made sure we were happy with their work. YES we were VERY HAPPY and would recommend this company to ANYONE, and we just want to EXPRESS our sincere appreciation for the EXCEPTIONAL work they did. From the moment they arrived they were PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, and incredibly thorough, and they explained each step of the process to us in a way that we could understand.
