Long Island’s Go-To Team for Damage Restoration

We found ourselves in the unfortunate position of needing a complete kitchen and basement renovation due to a broken pipe in our kitchen that resulted in significant Water damage. We were referred to Brightside restoration through Suffolk plumbing (Who is also wonderful!) and within one to two hours Ryan from Brightside was at our home. He took the time to walk us through step-by-step The process of filing a claim with our insurance company and immediately began the mitigation process. He even came to our home early in the morning with very little notice so that he could be there when the insurance adjuster was completing his evaluation of the damage and advocate for us. Ryan also took care of getting our belongings packed up and stored in a storage unit which he had delivered to our home. He worked directly with our insurance company to ensure that the process was seamless which took a tremendous burden off of us in a situation we were not expecting. We are extremely grateful to Ryan and his staff for helping us through a difficult circumstance. I would recommend Brightside without hesitation if you find yourself in a similar situation!

Let me start by saying this review is not only for BRIGHTSIDE RESTORATION but for the companies associated with them LPS DIRECT AND SUFFOLK PLUMBING they all work together it all started with a leaking pipe in my guest bathroom in my den and ended with a flood that went all the way into the den onto my carpet I called SUFFOLK PLUMBING who I have used prior and Ken sent a plumber right over and repaired the pipe I had a real mess I asked him what do I do now and he told me to call Ryan which I did and he advised me to call BRIGHTSIDE and ask for LOU OR RYAN which I did and spoke to RYAN who advised me to call my Insurance Company and open a case and stop at that to make a long story short the next morning he sent two me who cleaned up the whole mess and took everything that was damaged out of the room and left heaters to dry everything for 2 days they were great clean neat and careful and cleaned out all the garbage and vacuumed they were great the next day RYAN came over took pictures and took my insurance information he told me to call them and tell them BRIGHTSIDE would be in touch with them and he handled everything with them which was not easy after 3 offered settlements they agreed to everything Ryan would not take no for an answer then LOU AND SARA ENTERED THE PICTURE from LPS DIRECT they handle the reconstruction and thanks to SARA SHE STAYED ON TOP OF EVERYTHING SHE IS GREAT she handled additional claims with the insurance company which is very difficult because they hate to pay and she got a different adjuster assigned who knew what she was doing and sent additional money for what they found after the reconstruction started SHE IS THE BEST and the job was finished and everything they promised was done THE FOUR OF THEM WERE GREAT AS WELL AS ALL THE MECHANICS THAT WORKED ON THE JOB AND LEFT EVERYTHING SPOTLESS BOTTOM LINE IF YOU RUN INTO ANY RECONSTRUCTION AND NEED TO DEAL WITH INSURANCE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES TO CALL THANK YOU ALL AND ESPECIALLY SARA

We are immensely grateful for John Levine assistance. His calming demeanor and extensive knowledge helped to calm our anxieties. We had a water pipe breakage causing damage to our bathroom.
