I would highly recommend Bright Side Restoration, Inc. My Basement flooded and I called Bright Side Restoration, Inc to request an estimate. I spoke with Ryan and he was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and most important to me, kind. He understood I was overwhelmed and calmly walked me through the damage and explained what my options were. He didn't take advantage and overcharge, instead Ryan was able to work with me to come up with a solution so I could afford the unexpected expense. Ryan put me on the schedule quickly, and the crew he assigned to complete my job arrived on time and they worked well together to get my job done as fast as possible. They were hard working, efficient, friendly and did an excellent job cleaning up and mitigating the mold after all the water damage.
If you are reading this review I honestly hope you don't need to call a restoration company because dealing with a damaged home can be devastating - at least it was for me. On the eve of the giant snowstorm, we of course had a cesspool backup event, into our basement. I made one call. That call was to Ryan from Brightside. He was calm, focused, and guided me through ensuring I first had a cesspool company to come clear the issue, and then, within 1 hour, before the cesspool company was done, Ryan was there to manage the interior cleanup.
