I had a leak in my home and called Brightside right away. Their representative, Ryan, showed up within the hour. His knowledge and experience truly impressed my husband and me. He was genuine, honest, and walked us through the next steps with complete transparency.

The very next day their crew arrived, and I cannot say enough about how kind and professional they were during such a stressful time. From start to finish of the mitigation, they put us at ease and made the process so much smoother than we expected.

When tragedy struck my family on May 3rd 2025 a car struck my home at a high rate of speed.
I called BRIGHT SIDE RESTORATION for help.
Ryan was on scene while the Hicksville Fire Department was extracting the driver from the car.
He had his team on site very quickly to secure the electric,water and prepared to have the house structurally secure.
Ryan and his team spent 4-5 days demoing and making sure all water, oil and gas contamination was cleared.
Ryan also told me that there is always a “BRIGHT SIDE “at the end of this tragedy and he was right.
Ryan referred me to LPS HOME REMODELING to do the rebuild.
Rebuilding will take place in late September 2025.

Highly recommend Bright Side . Had a hard to find water leak that the pluming company could not locate . Bright Side was needed to breakdown the bathroom and did locate the leak quickly . Then John helped me with the insurance from start to finish and was always available to give advice or lend a hand . Bright Side as a company is great but John is a great person and certainly will put you at ease during a difficult time .
